• Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue or location, guest count, budget range, and anything else you include in an inquiry, email, phone call, or planning document.
• Event and guest information. If you engage us, you may share guest lists, seating details, dietary needs, accessibility needs, and vendor contacts so we can plan and run your event.
• Basic technical information. Our hosting provider may log standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed for security and reliability purposes.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and prepare proposals and quotes.
• To plan, coordinate, and produce your event, including sharing necessary details with the vendors working on it.
• To send invoices, contracts, schedules, and other service communications.
• To keep records required for accounting, insurance, and legal compliance.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.

Sharing with vendors

Delivering an event requires sharing certain details with third parties such as venues, caterers, florists, rental companies, AV providers, transportation, and photographers. We share only what a given vendor needs to perform their role.

Retention

We keep inquiry records for a reasonable period in case you return, and we keep contracts, invoices, and related records for as long as required for tax, insurance, and legal purposes. You may ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

Website forms

Our contact form does not store submissions on a server. Submitting it opens your own email program with the details pre-filled so you can send them to us directly.

Photography

We sometimes wish to use photographs of an event in our portfolio or on social media. We ask for your permission first, and you may decline or withdraw permission at any time by contacting us.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to stop contacting you. Email support@majettemoments.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children except details a parent or guardian provides to us for event planning purposes.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
